The SEA CARAVAN is a merchant ship — a CARAVAN that goes by sea.
Sail it to a distant or foreign city to establish a TRADE ROUTE, or to help complete a WONDER.
Sea Caravans carry commerce across oceans no land caravan could cross.
They cannot fight; escort them through dangerous waters.
