Ξtherlabs.net

A space for founded by Michael Werneburg in 1998, when the Earth's crust was still cooling. Well before virtual machines and rentable "droplets", etherlabs.net started as a space for people who needed a web server and a UNIX shell for experimenting. By the early 'aughts, it was hosting dozens of sites, one or two went on to became something. Nowadays it's mostly used as a discrete place for the founder's security and software testing.

Over twenty years of tinkering on the ether, who would have guessed!
